A: 123win.gr is an online contest/sweepstakes site for Greeks.

Q: Why should I become a member of 123win.gr?
A: There are three main reasons:

1. It's the only way to enter our contests and win fabulous prizes
2. It's secure - your personal information is safe with us
3. It’s free to join

Q: How do I become a member of 123win.gr?
A: Becoming a member of 123win.gr is easy, secure, and free! All you need is an e-mail account. Don't have one? I guess it's never too late. There are several free alternatives out there. We recommend that you use Google's Gmail service (http://mail.google.com).

Q: Is my personal information safe?
A: Yes! One of the reasons we created 123win! inc. (parent company) was to provide a safe and secure contest/sweepstakes site where members can rest assured that once they join they will not end up being bombarded with spam from "partners" (or unknown sources for that matter). All "sensitive" data are captured and stored in a secure environment - similar to the one that you may find in online banking.

Q: How can I retrieve my username?
A: The only way to retrieve your username (the e-mail you used to sign-up as a member) is by sending us an e-mail at member [at] 123win.gr and include your name, address and date of birth. We will send the info to the e-mail we have on file.

Q: How can I change my account information?
A: Once you log-in, click on the link at the top of the page that reads "Edit Account".

Q: Can I change my username?
A: Yes. Since your username is your e-mail, you can change your username to another e-mail account that's yours.

Q: What kind of prizes do you give away?
A: All kinds! We're starting off with music services and consumer electronics such as MP3 Players, digital cameras, GPS navigation systems, etc. What's coming ahead? Gift cards at the pump (free gas), hotel stays, airfare, concert tickets, and much more! Stay tuned.

Q: How often do you run contests?
A: During the 123win.gr beta (testing phase), we will announce two (2) contests. Once we officially launch, we are planning to have several contests running concurrently. Our ultimate goal is to run several new contests every week - and one, daily!

Q: What are the odds of winning?
A: Your chances of winning depend on the number of members that participate in each contest (varies from contest to contest), the number of times that you enter for each contest (you can enter daily) as well as the number of members that you refer to 123win! If they win, you win, too! Of course, a winner can be someone who has entered a particular contest only once and has not referred any friends! It's all about odds! In fact, once you become a member and log-in to enter the contests, you can see your odds against the rest of the 123win! members! We think that's cool!

Q: How will I know if I won?
A: We contact winners by e-mail. If they don't respond to our first attempt, we send a second e-mail. Winners have to claim their prize within 30 days after our first attempt to contact them.

Q: If I win, do my friends win, too?
A: Actually, it's the other way around! If one of your referred friends (or relatives) wins, you win, too!

Q: Can I receive cash instead of the prize?
A: No. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Q: Can I win more than once?
A: Of course! In fact, you can increase your odds of winning by entering daily and referring your friends and family.

Q: Do you "share" my personal information with sponsors?
A: No - unless you explicitly ask us to do so when you enter a contest.
